Green smoothie** 2 cups blue machine Naked juice (or any berry juice) 1 banana 1/2 c. blueberries (or frozen berries) 2-3 handfuls Kale 2-3 handfuls spinach A squeeze of 1/2 a lemon* 1 tbsp flax seed (ground or liquid) 1 tbsp chia seeds (ground or whole) 1 scoop protein or whey powder Put in blender at high speed. *Lemon is optional but it helps disguise the greens and is good for digestion **This a great way for pregnant and nursing moms to get a large portion of their daily protein
